Shipping Policy

At Fusion Chrono, we believe that free shipping isn't a perk — it's a right. That's why we offer FREE shipping on every single order, to every pin code across India, with zero minimum order value.

 

1. FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping on ALL orders across India — no minimum order value, no conditions, no hidden charges. Whether you order one watch or ten accessories, shipping is always on us.

 

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase, followed by a dispatch confirmation with your tracking details once your order is shipped.

 

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

        Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat): 2–3 business days

        Tier 2 Cities: 3–5 business days

        Tier 3 & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

        Remote/Difficult Terrain Pin Codes: 7–10 business days

 

Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary during peak seasons (Diwali, Eid, sale events) or due to natural disruptions.

 

4. ORDER TRACKING

The moment your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with:

        Your unique tracking number

        The name of the courier partner

        A direct link to track your package in real time

 

You can also WhatsApp us at any time with your order number for a live status update.

 

5. COURIER PARTNERS

We work with India's most reliable courier networks, including Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express, to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

 

6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD is available on most pin codes across India at NO extra charge. You pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your pin code.

 

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY

Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at the time of ordering. In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to rearrange delivery — a reshipment fee may apply in such cases.

 

8. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos of the package. If damage is noticed after opening, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
