ORDERS & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

Browse our catalogue, select your product, choose your variant (if applicable), and click 'Add to Cart'. Proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and choose your payment method — UPI, card, net banking, or COD. Done! You'll receive a confirmation immediately.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes! COD is available on most pin codes across India at NO extra charge. Just select 'Cash on Delivery' at checkout. Availability is confirmed based on your pin code.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major Credit & Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — but only within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, your order may already be packed and dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to modify or cancel.

Is it safe to pay online on your website?

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payment transactions are processed through Razorpay — a fully PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-licensed payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — FREE shipping on every order, to every pin code across India. No minimum order value. No conditions. Always free.

How long does delivery take?

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Surat, Bangalore, etc.): 2–3 business days. Tier 2 cities: 3–5 business days. Tier 3 & rural areas: 5–7 business days. Remote areas: up to 10 business days.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we send you an SMS and email with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can also WhatsApp us with your order number for a real-time update.

I need it urgently — is express delivery available?

We don't currently offer paid express shipping, but metro-area orders typically arrive in 2–3 days with our standard free shipping. WhatsApp us to check estimated delivery for your specific pin code.

What does 'designer-inspired' or 'luxury-inspired' mean?

Our watches and accessories are independently designed to mirror the aesthetic of iconic luxury timepieces — the look, the feel, the style — without being affiliated with those brands. They are quality products in their own right, crafted with Japanese quartz movements, stainless steel cases, and premium finishes.

Are your watches of good quality?

Yes! Every watch in our store is quality-checked before dispatch. We use Japanese quartz movements for reliability, mineral glass for scratch resistance, and stainless steel for durability. At our price point, the quality genuinely surprises people — that's one of the most common things customers tell us.

What movement do your watches use?

All our watches use Japanese quartz movements — known for their accuracy, longevity, and low maintenance. These are the same movements used in many globally trusted mid-range watch brands.

Are your watches water-resistant?

Water resistance varies by model. Each product page specifies the water resistance rating (splash-proof, 3ATM, or 5ATM). Please check individual product descriptions before purchase. We recommend not submerging watches rated below 5ATM.

Do I need to service the watch?

Japanese quartz watches are very low maintenance. The battery typically lasts 2–3 years and can be replaced at any local watchmaker for ₹100–200. No servicing required otherwise under normal use.

Can I gift the watch? Does it come in gift packaging?

Yes! All Fusion Chrono watches come in a premium gift-ready box. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Diwali, and special occasions. No extra packaging cost.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Contact us to initiate — the process is simple and we offer free pickup in most cities.

How do I return a product?

Step 1: WhatsApp us or email support@fusionchrono.store with your order number and reason for return. Step 2: We confirm your request within 4 hours. Step 3: Pack the item securely. Step 4: Our pickup agent collects it (free in most cities). Step 5: Refund processed within 5–7 days after we receive it.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. For COD orders, refund is sent via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — please share your bank details when initiating the return.

What if I received a wrong or damaged product?

We're so sorry if this happened! Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll immediately arrange a replacement or full refund — all return costs are on us. No excuses, no delays.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

No! You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view order history, and enjoy a faster checkout experience next time.
